Growth & Development

Bom Jardim: a staged pathway from current operation to expanded capability

Development is sequenced so that underground capacity, ore supply and processing capability advance together. The stages below describe intended direction and are subject to technical work, permitting, financing and diligence.

Roadmap

Development sequence

  1. 01

    Current operation

Underground extraction, on-site processing and gold recovery in operation today, at management-reported rates.

  2. 02

    Expanded underground access & mechanisation

Extended development, ventilation, haulage and equipment to lift sustainable extraction capability.

  3. 03

    Additional mining fronts

Opening further working faces to diversify ore sources and stabilise feed to the plant.

  4. 04

    Processing infrastructure

Plant, civil works and power capacity advanced toward the design target, matched to mine output.

  5. 05

    Technical work & drilling

Structured drilling, sampling and technical studies to build independently verifiable data.

  6. 06

    Commissioning & ramp-up

Staged commissioning of new capacity with controlled ramp-up against ore availability.

  7. 07

    Longer-term development

Further access, infrastructure and technical definition supporting a larger long-term development pathway.

Development Outlook

Management objectives for scaling the operation

  1. 01

    Current operations

Approximately 30 metric tonnes per day

    Current underground extraction capacity

Approximately 10 kg of gold per month — management-provided current production.

  2. 02

    Near-term development

Approximately 40 kg of gold per month

    12-month management target

Dependent on expanded underground access, additional ore availability and successful execution of the development program.

  3. 03

    2028–2029 objective

60–70 kg of gold per month

    Long-term management objective

Subject to mine development, processing performance, technical work, financing and independent verification.

  4. 04

    Longer-term scale-up

    Further growth potential

Beyond the current 2028–2029 management objective

No production figure is published beyond 2029. Any further scale-up depends on future mine planning, resource definition, operating performance and independent technical validation.

Management objectives only. These figures are not guaranteed production forecasts, mineral resource statements or commitments. Achievement depends on successful execution of the development program, mine access, ore availability, processing performance, financing, technical work, permitting and independent verification.

Financing

Phase 1 structured financing under discussion

Project management is in discussion regarding a structured Phase 1 financing to support the next stage of development at Bom Jardim. No capital amount, structure or terms are published on this website. Qualified institutional parties are directed to Investor Relations, where information is shared following qualification and NDA.
